��ݮ��Ƶ will offer science writing as a minor beginning in the fall — adding to the list of interdisciplinary academic programs being developed as part of Augustana’s strategic plan .

��ݮ��Ƶ is excited to announce a new STEM Scholars Program made possible through a more than $30,000 Project Innovation Grant (PIG) from the South Dakota Space Grant Consortium (SDSGC).

The Eide/Dalrymple Gallery at ��ݮ��Ƶ opens “The Augustana Senior Show,” on view through Saturday, May 20. As part of the Augustana Senior Show, a wide variety of works, including ceramics, sculpture, printmaking, painting, drawing, digital photography and graphic design are on exhibit.

Augustana Associate Vice President of Campus Safety & Logistics Rick Tupper has been named the 2023 Augie Pride Award winner — given to those who go above and beyond the call of duty to provide exceptional service to the university and nominated by other AU employees. He was surprised with the award on Friday, April 21, by Augustana President Stephanie Herseth Sandlin and a host of other colleagues.

Five ��ݮ��Ƶ students were named Covenant Award winners on Tuesday, April 25, in Hamre Recital Hall and via Zoom. The Covenant Awards lift up those who exemplify Augustana’s core values: Christian, Liberal Arts, Excellence, Community and Service.

��ݮ��Ƶ will host the 15th Annual at Memorial Middle School in Sioux Falls on Wednesday, June 7, and Thursday, June 8. Free and open to the public, the will take place at the Augustana Morrison Commons on Saturday, June 10, from 10 a.m. - noon.
