Biography
Dr. Suzanne Smith provides data, analysis and reporting to inform university policy and support strategic planning and decision-making processes. With the Augustana Research Institute, Smith directs cross-sector measurement, analysis and knowledge management research for communities and organizations on behalf of the university. She also directs the Beacom Research Fellows Program, through which À¶Ý®ÊÓƵ students partner with local community-improvement organizations to complete collaborative research projects. Smith was previously Director of Research and Evaluation for the National Association for Urban Debate Leagues.
